Nils Erickson
Owner, License Holder, Design & Engineering Consultant
Nils Erickson Sr. started his career in the pool industry in 1977. Working as a pool subcontractor performing pool layout, excavation, rebar install, tile, plumbing and decking, all phases of pool construction. In 1987, Mr. Erickson obtained his Florida Swimming pool contractor’s license and founded Erickson Pools and Spas in Winter Park, Florida. Over the next twenty years, Erickson Pools expanded its business to five locations and built over 5,000 swimming pools, eventually becoming one of the top 50 pool builders in the country as listed by Pool and Spa News.
The next phase of Nils’ career was spent in the Commercial Swimming Pool Sector working for Weller Pools in Apopka, Florida. Weller Pools is known for projects such as Aquatica at Orlando Sea World, Georgia Tech Olympic Games Swimming & Diving Pools, and Disney World Orlando. He held the position of head of marketing and sales director, traveling around the Southeastern USA on their behalf.
In 2011, Mr. Erickson joined his son Chad Erickson as Design Engineering Consultant at All Aqua Pools Inc. A position he considers the most rewarding of his career, as Chad shares his father’s passion and reputation for building top quality swimming pools.

Chris Bazzle
Construction Supervisor – New Pool Construction
Chris brings a deep foundation of construction expertise and leadership to the All Aqua Pools team. With over a decade of experience in residential construction and pool building—and a decorated 8-year service record in the U.S. Army, including three overseas deployments—Chris approaches every project with precision, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
As a licensed General Contractor and certified Building Inspector, Chris is well-versed in Florida’s construction codes and regulatory standards. His hands-on approach ensures that every All Aqua pool is built to the highest standards of craftsmanship and compliance. Prior to joining All Aqua Pools, Chris managed full-cycle construction operations for a leading homebuilder and served as a top-performing pool sales representative.Chris is known for his clear communication, problem-solving mindset, and dedication to customer satisfaction—making him the ideal partner to help turn your backyard vision into reality .
Scott “Scotty” Wahl
Pool Renovation & Service Manager
Scotty brings over 16 years of hands-on experience in the pool industry, with a specialized background in pool heating systems, automation, and technical repairs. A lifelong Central Florida resident, he understands the needs of local homeowners and takes pride in helping customers enhance and maintain their backyard oasis.
Before joining All Aqua Pools, Scotty led service and installation teams for several respected pool companies and most recently ran his own vending business for nearly a decade, giving him firsthand insight into both customer service and small business operations. Whether overseeing a full pool renovation or solving complex equipment challenges, Scotty’s calm demeanor and expert knowledge ensure a smooth and professional experience for every client. Outside of work, Scotty is a devoted husband and father of three. He and his family love to spend their weekends outdoors—either on the beach in New Smyrna or exploring Florida’s backwoods trails by ATV .

Office Manager
Eileen oversees the All Aqua Pools office and makes sure everything is running smoothly to ensure that we are working productively to the company standards. Her duties include answering the telephone, servicing and assisting our clients, and managing and coordinating permit documentation for different cities and counties. Eileen is our first line of defense, she can identify problems and recommend solutions before things get out of hand. She is an excellent multitasker, overseeing multiple projects, tasks, and priorities to achieve our shared goal – making our All Aqua Pools clients happy.

What happens during the design consultation? Our design consultation is a detailed, two-part process with one of our experienced staff members and designers. In the first meeting, we evaluate your backyard layout using your provided property survey, measure access points, and discuss your vision, needs, and budget. We then use this information to create a custom 3D design. During the second meeting, we present the design in your home, make adjustments if needed, and provide final proposal documents. This is followed by color selections and permit preparation.
